General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the website, owned by: JE SUIS SWING

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.


2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Product availability depends on stock levels and may change at any time. In the event of unavailability after order confirmation, the customer will be informed and refunded.


3. Price

The prices shown are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. JE SUIS SWING reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the price displayed at the time of the order.


4. Order

Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products. The sale is considered final only after confirmation by email and validation of payment.


5. Payment

Payment is made via a secure payment platform:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • Payment in 4 installments (subject to customer eligibility and agreement from the payment provider)

No bank card numbers are stored on the site.


6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Delivery costs are specified during order confirmation.

  • Europe (excluding England):   €19 delivery fee   €5 per additional item
  • England:   €23 delivery fee   €6 per additional item
  • United States:   €40 shipping fee   €12 per additional item
  • Canada:   €35 shipping fee   €12 per additional item
  • Japan:   €39 shipping fee   €10 per additional item
  • Australia:   €32 shipping fee   €5 per additional item
  • Others countrys : €39 shipping fee €5 per additional item


7. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to make a return or exchange, starting from the date of receipt of the product.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be in perfect condition.
  • in its original packaging,
  • unused and undamaged.

The customer must notify the seller in advance by email: val@swinging-oldies.com



Exceptions – No returns or refunds possible:

  • swimsuits worn without protection
  • personalized items or custom-made creations.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with tracking provided and including the order number, to the address indicated at the bottom of the invoice.


Refunds will only be issued after the item has been returned to the seller as specified in Article 11 (Terms and Conditions).



8. Responsibility

JE SUIS SWING is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages related to the use of the site (bugs, service interruptions, intrusions, viruses, etc.). The photographs and visuals presented have no contractual value.


9. Personal Data

The personal data collected is necessary for order processing. It is processed in accordance with the GDPR and is never resold.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, visuals, logos, design) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without written authorization.


11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
